- RRRachelMay 31, 20265.0I only go about once a week but I really enjoy the change of pace and challenge from my usual cardio classes. The instructors are nice and I like that they explain variations of the harder moves in case someone has an injury or physical limitation. I've only been to 2 pilates studios so far but as a beginner this one was far less intimidating than the other one haha.
