  I had the worst experience at this location after going there for 10 years. I felt discriminated against. I bought my original product from Harrison who was great, helpful and insightful. He had great salesmanship. Fast forward my pre workout stopped working so I came into see if I could return it after practically no use. I had the payment on my Apple Pay and could show it but at the time did not have my receipt. I explained the situation to store manager Chris. He told me the return couldn’t be accepted so I was like ok so I’ll just buy another product but is it possible I could get a sample so I could see what it’s like before I use it so I don’t run into the problem. He said no. I asked if I could just pay for it. He said no. He made such a big deal over a sample which was so cheap and almost laughable. It’s like a person at a chick fila not letting you have a sauce packet. Very broke very weird energy. His attitude was just so off putting and standoffish and rude I don’t think I will ever come back to this location. Mind you the same day I went to the GNC KOP location and asked for a sample and bought the pre workout the next day. Also today I spoke to an individual named Kayden who also kept yapping about store policy which frankly I didn’t care about. The point is when a customer comes in and explains the situation you help them with a solution or work with them. Not turn them away with a sassy, condescending attitude like Chris. Also, in terms of Kayden you don’t need to fraternize. In summation, was treated poorly by store manager Chris. Kayden had me wait on hold while talking to other customers while I was trying to explain my situation. I will be escalating this situation. Very disappointed after 10 years of being loyal to this GNC. IVE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE. Ive known all of the staff there, and this has been the worst experience. I don’t like hires who don’t understand the culture in Collegeville should even be hired. I will be giving my business and urge others to support GNC KOP instead. This location has become unhelpful and only focus on commissions. Very very rude.

  Extremely well run store over here. Had an extremely pleasant experience with Jacob today, he was very courteous, patient, & willing to help! Appreciate you man, I’ll be back again soon

  Full of prime hydration, the ultimate lottery, there were like 100 bottles of prime and the dude was pretty cool with it, 5 stars frfr.
