In network costs always supersede the normal and customary for top tier w insurance company. Why? Upselling? Costco offers a top tier progressive. All the lense bells and whistles including transition lenses $200 Who can afford to lose close to $400 by buying there. Lens crafters is close to $1100. Then comes down to around $500 w insurance. Do your homework
