I really liked Dr. Buraks spending the time to know my health issues (other than just my eyes) and how patiently she did the refraction exam to make sure I could get the best prescription for my lenses.

Receptionist apologized and said they don’t know where the doctor is. 9:25 doctor walks in without a word, calls my daughter back a 9:20. Appointment went well. Second receptionist who checked us out was apologetic as was the first. No acknowledgment at all of our inconvenience by the person who actually caused it (the doctor). When making an appointment at this location they stress how important it is to give them notice if we’ll not make our time or we’ll be charged. An apology from the person who delayed us a half hour would have gone a long way. Two stars are for the two apologetic people there. Zero for the doctor.
