But after my father decided to buy this insoles, he said the promotion ended yesterday I asked him to call his Manager and see if they could extend it for one day for my father. They would not do it. He likes the insoles, but was disappointed with a customer service.

We believe it would be helpful and fair for customers to be informed of the general price range early in the process, before investing an hour in the consultation and product demonstration. Doing so would allow people to make informed decisions based on their budgets and avoid an uncomfortable situation at the end. Again, this feedback is not a criticism of Annette's professionalism, which we appreciated, but rather a suggestion transparency about pricing. As people living on a fixed income.
