  Scheduled visit Oct 18 @ 0900. $180.92 copay, no problem. Within the first 5 minutes it was decided the therapist i was seeing had a conflict of interest and could not see me (the conflict of interest is that he is the therapist for someone very close to me). I was told I would be issued a full refund, but it couldn't be issued right then and there back to my credit card. no problem. I get a call a few days later to inform me that they only have a single person that knows how to use the credit card terminal, and she had a med. emergency, so no one knew how to issue me a refund. The charge posted to my card and refund 'not possible' i was told, so they were sending me a check. I've not received this check or so much as spoken to another human being about this, I've called many times, left many messages, all without any form of answer. I don't need the 180.92 copay back to live, but it's the principle of the matter. How does a business have a single point of failure for billing matters - such a lack of contingency is a red flag for questionable business practices, truly continuity isn't a care here. EDIT 20241121 I did receive my refund via check format after leaving messages on their answering machine and calling the therapist I had seen for 5 minutes. That doesn't constitute changing this review to be any favorable. I had to still chase you for my money.

  In my experience, the therapists and clinical director Rebekah Feeser and manager Eric Fringer soley care about creating children/parents to be dependent on them so that they can collect weekly/monthly paychecks. It feels as though money is their only driving factor and not actually helping children. If it wasn't all about the money then I would have to assume the therapists are not educated or trained enough to truly know the needs of their child patients- and they would also not be afraid to recommend or refer clients to therapist with actual experience in handling matters outside of their level. I have personally seen my children suffer and regress while being treated by this office. Not to mention the complete lack of respect, professionalism and ethical behavior related to when a parent brings issues to their attention. Based off of personal experience I would never recommend this practice. I believe change, process and client care all start at the top- and the Clinical Director and Manager- Rebekah Feeser and Eric Fringer have shown very poor quality to the Mental Health Community. If you are looking for a child therapist- Please look for someone who truly cares, has compassion and does not look at your child as a paycheck by creating co-dependents for their entire childhood using scare tactics and self-doubt. Children endure enough already; they deserve to have a support system they can trust.

  I have call them couple of months ago asking availability and yes they had space took my all information promise me gone call back never call me back. I made second call talk to some lady she said same thing gone call you back soon. Never call . One thing I want tell you guys people seeking counseling because they need help . If you don’t have availability jest let them know so they will not wait for your call.
