  I had a great experience at Poplar Family Dentistry. Dr. Yousef and her staff were very kind, professional and caring. The office is clean and welcoming and everything was explained to me clearly. I felt comfortable throughout my visit and my Hygienist Amanda was very gentle and thorough. I would highly recommend

  Such a kind and caring dental office. Dr. Yousef and her team are gentle, thorough, and take the time to explain everything clearly. The office feels welcoming, and I always feel like my concerns are heard. Highly recommend Poplar Family Dentistry.

  0/5 - Poor communication 👎 - Poor scheduling 👎 - Limited dental knowledge 👎 - Will push for XRay's for the smallest things👎 - Old XRay technology that will be rejected at any other clinic👎 - Stonewalling👎 - A 3% extra fee BEFORE tax if you use a credit card👎 Just as Stephanie G pointed out, the Poplar Family Dentistry office was very disorganized and inefficient, with extremely poor communication. I originally went to Poplar Family Dentistry in early February to get a cleaning done and to ask about getting a resin coating to protect my exposed roots. I had to wait months just to find an appointment with them. I repeatedly asked to talk with Dr. Yousef about my concerns, but was repeatedly stonewalled by the staff. When I finally met Dr. Yousef in March, she didn't understand what I meant by resin coating, nor was she familiar with nay other procedure that I was asking for, constantly mistaking the resin coating for a fluoride treatment (NOT the same thing). In the end, I never got a cleaning done due to the evident lack of dentistry at this office. The XRay's are also of atrocious quality, so be careful that you don't get pressured into wasting your insurance coverage for your XRay's here. BTW, they won't accept Xray's from any other clinic. After that initial meeting with Dr. Yousef, I never got to speak with her again. The staff once again was on defense and played perfect interception. Last of all, you will be paying an extra 3% if you use a credit card. If you have a $150 operation that you need to do, you're then paying another $4.5, before tax. Better bring cash or write them a check. Once again, 0/5, I've had DMV visits that were less painful.

  I’ve been going to Poplar Family Dentistry for over 3 years since I moved to the area, and I have enjoyed every visit there! They do a great job and are always so professional and friendly. Would highly recommend them for your whole family!
