Very disappointed. Have been going there for several years. My insurance is the same as past years. It covers cost of eye exam and a large portion of the glasses. However this year I was told it would cost me an additional $93.00 mores for eye exam. When I question why since for the past two years I don’t pay any additional money they said I was missed billed for those years and should have received a bill which I didn’t. So I canceled my appointment and went elsewhere. I really liked the doctor and staff who were always very helpful in picking out eyewear plus the prices were always reasonable.

Easy to make an appointment, pre-exam procedures explained well, exam performed smoothly, and getting the glasses ordered is seamless. I highly recommend this Pearle Vision.

Patient representative Brianna is giving incorrect and deceptive information to patients. Calling an optional not covered retina screening a copay is wrong and deceptive. She told me we will not be receiving our RX unless we pay the $39 “copay”. It is not a copay it is not covered benefit which is big difference. Patients are not given the option to opt out of an optional non covered service and then it is referred to as a copay which infers its a covered service. Pearle Vision should be providing patients with accurate and honest information.

Horrible customer service. This was my first time visiting this location, and I arrived 8 minutes late after getting lost. I clearly explained the situation, I asked several individuals for directions within the mall, but no one was able to assist me. As a result, I had to locate the place on my own without my glasses, which I had lost, and given my poor vision, this made the situation even more challenging.
had already completed the online form in advance, so my appointment would not have taken much time at all. I was only 8 minutes late.
If I had arrived late due to poor time management or irresponsibility, I would understand. However, I arrived on time and got delayed only because the location is somewhat hidden. It was my first time visiting, and I became lost, especially given my poor vision.
There was a clear lack of empathy and understanding. Demonstrating empathy toward customers is a fundamental part of providing proper customer service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning.
