- RORenee Oaks4 days ago5.0The left nosepiece on my glasses came off, and the metal was digging into my skin. Andy, Team Lead, met me when I came in the door, and when I showed him the broken nosepiece on my glasses, he brought out a case full of the needed supplies. He quickly changed out both sides to make sure they sat correctly, and we had a very pleasant conversation. Since I am from VA, I truly appreciated the quickness and ease with which he handled my problem. Thank you Andy and Co!
- USujjwal soniJun 27, 20261.0I had an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience at this location during a comprehensive eye exam for myself and my daughter. First, the bait-and-switch pricing tactics regarding my lenses were completely unacceptable. I was initially quoted $60 for progressive lenses and agreed. I was then told they were not available and pushed to a $120 option. Once I agreed to the $120 option, they miraculously became unavailable too, and I was told I needed to pay $220. If you do not actually have these lens options available, why are you recommending them to customers in the first place? Out of sheer frustration with the shifting numbers, I blindly gave up and just went with non-progressive lenses. The constant upselling and changing options felt incredibly unprofessional and wasted an immense amount of my time. To make matters worse, I brought up an issue regarding my daughter’s glasses from last year. The lenses have been consistently popping out of the frame. I literally showed the glasses to the staff, but the manager flatly refused to fix them. This time, I will be triple-checking her new glasses before we leave to ensure they are actually fitted properly. Moving forward, I will absolutely be looking for a different eye care provider for myself and my family. Avoid this place if you value your time and expect honest pricing.
