The eye doctor was outstanding and took the time to make sure my exam was thorough and that I understood everything that was being discussed. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated the patience and attention to detail. The entire experience was smooth and comfortable from start to finish. The staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made what can sometimes feel like a routine appointment into a really positive experience. It’s not often that you leave an appointment thinking, “Wow, that was actually a great experience,” but that’s exactly how I felt. I felt the eye examination was a quick process that should have been more detailed. Over 3 years ive been trying to get glasses as a backup to wearing contacts. Both times I have left without because I get frustrated. I dont understand why it has to be like going to a car lot to buy glasses. Simple frames but its a million options and never just a simple itemized list written down. This store is close to me but im thinking it would be better to go out further. Left frustrated and confused with nothing.

Andy, Team Lead, met me when I came in the door, and when I showed him the broken nosepiece on my glasses, he brought out a case full of the needed supplies. He quickly changed out both sides to make sure they sat correctly, and we had a very pleasant conversation. Since I am from VA, I truly appreciated the quickness and ease with which he handled my problem. Thank you Andy and Co!
