I thought I had an appointment scheduled to have them fixed but the pain was too much. I called to have his appointment moved up and explained the situation on the phone. They were able to get him in the next day, but it wasn’t until I got there that they told me that they don’t fix cavities on children. They said they gave me referrals the last time, which they never did! At the last visit they told me his cleaning was covered and I could just leave. They never explained that I needed to go somewhere else and they made another appointment for today for a simple cleaning. Why wouldn’t they at least tell me this when I called in and explained the situation. Plus I found out that my other son had $130 balance on his account for something they told me was covered by insurance. This business is shady and I will never go back.

I can honestly say that Keelan dental has been the exact opposite of what I was afraid of. Julia and Dr Pereira were amazing. They were very thoughtful and attentive as I got fillings. I came in for one, and after telling Dr. Pereira about my issues with another tooth, she filled that one too! I am very appreciative of the entire team at Keelan dental. Every time I’ve been there, they’ve been aware of my anxiety and made me feel comfortable through every step of the process. Thank you for making me happy and comfortable going to the dentist!
