I received an email that my online order was ready, drive 30 minutes to the store, and there's a sign saying they'll be back at 6:15 p.m.; it's 5:15 now. How is this an acceptable way to run a business? I contacted corporate as I waited filed a complaint for them to investigate and started the refund process. The $5 in points they offered isn't worth the aggravation. GNC can forget about ever getting my business again.
