  If you book an appointment with this establishment make sure to double check your insurance. They took all my info, ran my insurance, made sure I had a debit card number on hand in case I skipped the appointment, drove 35 minutes to get there, when I checked in the lady gave me a piece of paper stating the dr didn’t take my insurance. Mind you I drove 35 minutes to get there and all they had to do was call me or just tell me they didn’t take my insurance. So that’s another 35 minutes back home. With gas $5 a gallon what a waist of time, energy, and gas! I should be reimbursed for all 3 especially gas money and time taken away when I couldn’t took the time to make another appointment somewhere else! This is our healthcare now a days!

  Normally I never leave reviews but for pearl dentistry it felt like a must!! So a little back story, I had multiple bad experiences with other dental offices and I already have a fear of going so I always put it off. Until I started to lose my confidence in my smile because of cavities that affected the front top of my teeth.. and I was always known as a very smiley person. So when I finally got the courage to go I went to another office, quoted me a couple grand to fix my teeth WITH insurance and said I may need my front tooth pulled, I left that appointment in TEARS! Another year went by and after MONTHS of research I found pearl dentistry and kept hearing positive reviews so I booked an appointment, the entire staff was super friendly and very understanding of my situation. And then Dr Yu gave me the best news I could have heard, no teeth pulling required and was able to fill them!! So we got that appointment booked and I couldn’t be more happy with the results!! They kept me informed of what was happening at all times and by the end they gave me my smile back!! 10/10 will always recommend them to others!!!

  They were sooooo kind and sweet, got me in immediately day of for my tooth and jaw hurting. They were completely nonjudgmental, very informative, and reassured me every step of the way. Laura you are so kind, thank you for being so sweet.

  I had to take my toddler with me to this appointment and the pure and utter kindness from not only the hygienist, but from Dr. Yu and the front office manager had me in tears upon getting to my car. My daughter cried the entire time but they were so absolutely kind and understanding and I am so grateful and thankful for the kindness that they not only showed me but my daughter as well. If it were possible to give more than five stars, I would. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your kindness and compassion.
