What should I wear on my feet?

Barre3 classes are done barefoot, or in grippy socks, which we do have for purchase should you want to use them. Outside shoes are not permitted in the studio. If you must wear shoes we require they be worn in the studio only (aka you put them on once you enter the lobby and remove them before you leave) and you may leave them in a cubby for easy access

Do you have different levels of classes? Can I take this class if I’m pregnant/injured/haven’t worked out recently?

Our classes are all-levels and can be modified for anything you have going on in your body. Always check with your doctor first to make sure you are cleared to exercise.

How old do I have to be to take a barre3 class?

As young as 14! 14-15 years old must have a parent/guardian accompany them to take class. 16-17 years old must have a minor waiver signed by parent/guardian.

Everyone is super friendly, and the classes are a good workout while still making you want to come back again! I have little experience with barre classes and haven’t spent much time working out in over a year (recently postpartum). The staff have made it really enjoyable and an easy choice for a in-person local class. Every time I leave, I’m looking forward to scheduling my next class. Would recommend!

Barre3 has been such a positive influence in my life. The front desk staff is welcoming and always answers my questions with a smile. The instructors are amazing, offering challenging and fun routines and are always there to assist and encourage you along the way. I am so happy to be even a small part of such a classy organization.

Do I need to bring anything to class?

Just something to drink! We do have a water refill station, and additional cups should you forget yours. All mats and props are included at the studio so no need to bring anything else!
