Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness, designed to teach people to be balanced in body and empowered from within. When you work out with us, you’ll move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breath work. Barre3 instructors will challenge you to find your edge while creating space for you to define what success looks like for you in every workout.

Today I had the opportunity to hear a wonderful presentation from Barre3 in Blue Bel from Jess and Marissa. It was so exciting to learn more about their approach to fitness and wellness! I love that Barre3 combines cardio, strength training, and mindfulness into one workout, creating a balanced experience for both body and mind.
What stood out to me most was the passion and energy of the team. It was clear that they genuinely love what they do, and that enthusiasm was contagious. Seeing how excited they are about helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident made the presentation even more inspiring.
I'm looking forward to giving it a try and experiencing it for myself!

Just something to drink! We do have a water refill station, and additional cups should you forget yours. All mats and props are included at the studio so no need to bring anything else!
What should I wear?
Wear anything you feel most comfortable moving your body in.
What should I wear on my feet?
Barre3 classes are done barefoot, or in grippy socks, which we do have for purchase should you want to use them. Outside shoes are not permitted in the studio. If you must wear shoes we require they be worn in the studio only (aka you put them on once you enter the lobby and remove them before you leave) and you may leave them in a cubby for easy access
Do you have different levels of classes? Can I take this class if I’m pregnant/injured/haven’t worked out recently?
Our classes are all-levels and can be modified for anything you have going on in your body. Always check with your doctor first to make sure you are cleared to exercise.
How old do I have to be to take a barre3 class?
As young as 14! 14-15 years old must have a parent/guardian accompany them to take class. 16-17 years old must have a minor waiver signed by parent/guardian.
