He created a safe, supportive environment where I felt comfortable opening up, and gave me practical tools that helped me understand and manage my anxiety.   I've struggled with PTSD for years. Fortunately, I found the help I truly needed here. The sessions are structured yet compassionate, and Dr. Pellegrino's expertise in CPT made a huge difference. I feel more in control of my thoughts and emotions than ever before. Would absolutely recommend Dr. Pellegrino to anyone looking for a therapist.

  Dr. Pellegrino is an absolutely outstanding person and psychologist. You don't just go in there and vent, he has a plan and a structured approach that is extremely effective. He is kind, professional, very experienced and knowledgable. He explains things about how are brains work and provides information that is helpful in learning how to change our thoughts and actions. I'm not doing him justice here, if you need help, please go see him, you will be very impressed and glad you did!
