True Accessibility Champions – A Gem in Pittsburgh ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We purchased a 2025 BraunAbility-converted Chrysler Pacifica XT from Keystone Coach Works—and we couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From sales to support, this family-owned business truly goes above and beyond. Don Shelpman answered every sales question with care, provided a full Carfax report, and even sent detailed walk-through videos to help us explore the features from home. His cousin Ed Shelpman personally visited us to ensure our wheelchair fit properly for a safe, customized setup. He later delivered the vehicle and gave a clear, hands-on demo of every feature—a level of service you just don’t see anymore. The van itself was a rare find: a gently used BraunAbility Pacifica XT with under 5,000 miles, priced far better than anything comparable in the area. The conversion includes top-tier features like the Wayfinder® lighted ramp, tall entry height, and a robust 1,000 lb capacity—all thoughtfully designed for real-world accessibility. What sets Keystone apart is their deep-rooted commitment. Don, Ed, and other family members not only run the business—they’ve built a team where employees and their families work side by side. It truly feels like being welcomed into a community. Thanks to Keystone Coach Works, our family now has the freedom to attend school, church, extracurriculars, appointments, visit loved ones, and take trips together. And if we ever need support, they’ve assured us they’re available any time, day or night. If you’re looking for a trusted partner in mobility, look no further. Keystone is Pittsburgh proud and accessibility focused—since 1979 and still leading the way. #BraunAbility #ADA #Accessibility #FamilyOwned #PittsburghBusiness #WheelchairVan #MobilityFreedom #KeystoneCoachWorks

My husband and I are very happy with the service at Keystone Coach Works. Don was extremely helpful to my friends and me when we made our first visit to research the purchase of a mobility van. He brought the van to our house so that my husband could drive his chair in and out of it, and make sure we were choosing the right van. Don was so patient, and spent a great deal of time educating us on all of the features and the use of the lock downs and seat belt. The actual purchase of the van was smooth and flawless. The other staff members are also kind and professional. I highly recommend Keystone Coach Works for any family looking to purchase a mobility vehicle. Cindy Garlisi
