The technician arrived exactly at the specified time. After installation he explained to us very clearly 'How to use the stairlift'. The stairlift worked very well, very smooth operation. The response time for all the queries was very quick. The technician arrived to uninstall the lift in a very timely manner. The technician, Tech service staff members, sales and billing staff members were very courteous and polite to us. We would recommend this company to our friends. Thank you.
