Cornerstone Wellness is a holistic counseling and wellness center serving children, teens, adults, couples, families, and seniors. We offer individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, and specialized treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, addiction, ADHD, OCD, eating disorders, phobias, self-harm, domestic violence, and life transitions. Our licensed therapists use evidence-based approaches including EMDR, CBT, DBT, TBRI, and Art Therapy. We also provide physical therapy, nutrition counseling, and massage therapy — all under one roof. LGBTQ+ affirming and faith-based counseling available. Most major insurance accepted.
