- SMSandra McAffeeJan 28, 20251.0Terrible service When you call during or After hours its the same 'No one is available to take your call goodbye" And get upset when you talk to after hours staff cause they tend to be more reliable. They use an App that won't update at all and can and will take away hours from Clients without telling the clients or the those who work to care for the clients. There is no communication. And Will try to push that its the fault of the Caregiver for not listening, when its the main staff that refuses to listen.
