  I just went for the first time with my girlfriend and Wonder was the instructor. Everything was fantastic, especially Wonder and the rest of the staff. As a male in a class of mostly girls, the tiny locker room that you were forced to walk through is very uncomfortable. Everything else was amazing, but I probably won’t go back because of this.

  Amazing studio and instructors and staff! Free parking too. Rittenhouse was a tough experience for me, I would rather make the drive to this location.

  Soul is my favorite cycling studio! As a peloton owner and former CycleBar rider, there is nothing like the in class experience at Soul and Ardmore is a great studio. The instructors here are friendly and fun, playlists are great and the choreo for most of the rides is diverse enough to keep things interesting. The front desk staff is really friendly and helpful as well. I’m always exhausted and happy leaving a Soul workout in Ardmore. If it weren’t about 20 minutes from me I would go three or four times a week, but sadly I can’t make more than two classes a week usually. Either way it’s a great workout and I always look forward to coming here!!!
