We went to Pearle Vision in Ardmore and Tina helped us right away giving us so many options, all different prices and all making my daughter (who was not happy at all about getting glasses) smile the biggest smile ever. We settled on glasses that with insurance cost us $8! I highly recommend Tina to help you find a style that is right for your face. THANK YOU, TINA! You are the best.

I waited over twenty minutes for a scheduled eye exam, and in that time was greeted more than once as though I had just arrived (?). They somehow had an incorrect phone number on my account, even though I had been there before, and had called from that same number to make the appointment. After waiting and waiting, I ultimately left and went to a different optometrist. I won't be coming back.

Now they are under new management with a new process, a “copay” for my insurance (which, has $0 copay for routine eye exams) for imaging that no one could explain, and trainees running new machines. The process took over an hour. The stars are for Dr. Hauler himself who is always great and efficient. But the rest of the office is no longer well run or professional.

The staff is so friendly and accommodating and made the whole experience effortless. My appointment was seamless and my glasses came in so quick. Highly recommend coming here for all your glasses, contacts, and eye exam needs!
