I originally lost my hearing in my left ear approximately 3 years ago and didn’t explore the option of wearing a hearing aid. With my quality of life not feeling as it should, I took a chance. I set an appointment to get a FREE hearing test with the wonderful front desk clerk, Denise! Afterwards, Jamie allowed me to try on a hearing aid. She saw my face light up to the delight of hearing out of my left ear for the first time in YEARS. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to afford the one I tried on. Feeling defeated, Jamie explored options of getting a refurbished one + warranty. She was able to accept making payments over time to pay it off and received the hearing aid the following month. Fast forward to now, I finally finished paying it off! Additionally, Jamie kept in touch regarding if there were any issues with my hearing aid, including follow up appointments. I am so grateful I took that chance and came across Mircale Ear. It’s been a true miracle.
