  These are by far the best pediatricians in Altoona and I’m kind of a strict mom so if I have an issue with the way of facility is treating my kids, I would be honest the only thing that’s sucks alittle is they’re not actually open till 7:30 they close around 4:30-5ish or at least that’s what the answering service said when I called. Still hands down the best place for your kids to go to. They also do the best attention diversion for shots which I love cause if you got kids like mine a shot will ruin their whole day!

  We have been going here for 15 years and absolutely adore Dr. Younes..he has always gone above and beyond for my children. We did however have experiences w another Dr at this practice that have been awful..yesterday I took my son and unfortunately my son left in tears (he's 9) after some of the remarks made right in front of him that shouldve been spoken in private to a parent, not in front of a kid. His bedside manner is horrible and the way he was with my 2 year old was just as bad. Really disappointed.

  This place is still trash. They have been "understaffed" since I went there as a child 15 plus years ago and now that I have my own child I refuse to bring my child here again. Doctors make you feel like your a joke and your opinion doesn't matter. They even have the audacity to ask if we were "making it up" our child desveres to have someone give them there all to help them not brush them off, and you baby deserves the same so save yourself the hassle and chose a different pediatric doctor.

  Always easy to make a same day sick appt. Front staff is friendly and quick with checking in and out. All the providers are knowledgable and REALLY listen to what you have to say.

  For the record I am SOOO glad that I am done with Pediatric Health Care Associates. Not only did they miss a HUGE, obvious medical issue with my daughter their customer service and follow through sucks! Their online posted hours state they are open until 7:30pm (google it) their voicemail states they are open until 7:30pm. So as I drive across town yesterday at 6:30 to pick up her health form and find them closed their answering service tells me they are on summer hours and close at 5:30. Their OWN voicemail states 7:30!!! So as I am banging on their door at 5:15pm today after driving all the way back across town to pick up her health forms again the nurse who answered the phone says they close at 5:00 everyday and even though they are still IN THE BUILDING I have to come back tomorrow before 5:00 to pick up her form. Really?!?! My daughter is going to a new doctor obviously but because she hasn't seen her yet I have to have a school form filled out by PHA, believe me it will be the ABSOLUTE last thing I do with them!
