- PPPatty Phillipstoday5.0This review is for the Altoona, PA store and for two of the nicest girls Deb and Stacy that work there. After much pushing by my 2 daughters telling me , can't you hear me? Didn't you hear what I said so many times I gave in and my daughter found Miracle Ear in Altoona and made me an appointment. We were greeted by Deb who right away made me feel so at ease . She explained the process and then Stacy came to meet us. Stacy was so kind and answered my many questions. The test is very easy and doesn't take long. She then explains what was determined about my hearing loss. This was 15 months ago and I now can hear birds, train whistles , my kitties meowing.i would recommend Miracle Ear to anyone that has a hearing loss. I got a warranty on mine and Deb cleans them every couple months and I've had her call just to check to see if I had any problems. Gave them a try. I'm very satisfied with mine and the service they provide. Thanks Deb and Stacy Patty Phillips
