  Overall its a great place, super clean, nice staff, and a quick process. But not until you actually get started. My husband and I both had to get medical consent from our personal doctors and once that was completed I attempted to fax the forms back 3 times with no success. I called and left a message and did not get a call back, I had to take the papers up and drop them off specifically. Once I was there I spoke with someone who told me that the physical doctor would not be in until the following Wednesday and I should get a call by the weekend with the approval. We never got a call, so I went up again and spoke with someone who told me we were finally approved and able to donate. Once all of that was finally done it was an easy process.
