  Just a heads up if anyone plans on just stopping in to pick up a script, that you already know is done.Even if you’re just stopping in for one thing or another. Make sure you call ahead. Once the doctor leaves for the day and is done with his patients then everyone else leaves not long after, most days. There’s been three separate instances where I stopped to get glasses that are done but they were closed. I even left work early two of those days (time I can’t make up or get back) and the place is closed, despite not being closing time. DO NOT count on their hours. Always call! Our son went over a week no glasses due to issues with trying to pick them up. Doesn’t sound bad unless you’re the one without glasses straining your eyes getting headaches.

  If I could give a zero star review, I would. I paid for new lenses in my existing frame 3+ months ago and I still do not have them. Initially they took about 6 weeks to come in but they were not the correct lenses. The prescription was not right. They sent them to the lab for another month and they still weren’t right. This time the lab “broke the lenses” among other things. When they did arrive, still no difference. The lenses were wrong again. So now we sent them to a “new lab” and they off course “broke” the lenses as well. There is never any communication unless I call to complain. Next week will be 4 months since I paid nearly $200 for lenses. I will never spend another dollar with them. I ordered prescription sunglasses with another outfit and had them in two weeks and they are perfect.

  The doctor is excellent, Great bedside manner, very clear and easy to understand the information he's relaying. The front desk employees, however, seem to be more interested in personal conversation than helping the patient. I went to the office to pick up my Rx. The lady never stopped talking to her coworker and never said anything to me. They never call when the glasses arrive, I've had to track down 3 pairs or glasses myself because of their inability to communicate. The kicker is the last pair of glasses I ordered never received scratch protection. The employee asked if I needed special lenses, but wouldn't explain what the options were, she reacted as if I was just supposed to know what the options were. I said to add everything to the lenses, as I had 600 dollars to work with from my insurance. She gave a laugh and said okay. But, after 6 months, the lenses are scratched and almost unwearable. Doctor is excellent. Sadly, I won't be returning.

  I went for an exam and picked out glasses. I sat there for 2 1/2 hours!! The doctor was great! Well I decided to call today, 6 days after my appointment to see where my glasses were, and the front desk lady asked me if I picked out glasses?!!!! Like hello?!!!! YES I did and then she said that I would have to pay full price because my insurance supposedly doesn’t cover them (why not tell me while I was in the office)? And I even picked out cheap glasses!!! She told me they were going to be $220!!! Omg, so not cheap 😳 So then she said let me look into it for you and I’m still waiting on a response back! Very disappointing!!! Now with my son, he got his glasses within a few days! I thought wow, that was very fast!! We also sat in the waiting room for 2 hours on the day of my son’s appointment as well!!! Something HAS to change!!!
