  From many years ago up til now and ongoing. They are the top in my book. You cannot beat the service and knowledge from the time you walk in the door until you leave the office. Saved my vision!

  Allow me to preface by stating that the staff are incredibly kind and professional. Albeit that, recurrent poor experiences can't be excused. I went there three times over the course of a year. All three prescriptions were incorrect, the third pair being the worst lenses I've ever received. I went back two times, the provider scanned the glasses and confirmed at both appointments that the glasses weren't manufactured correctly. After the third pair they wanted me to wait for my yearly check-up instead of replacing the lenses. I spent roughly $200 in out-of-pocket costs between the 3 pairs of lenses. I never received accurately produced glasses from this facility.

  Dr Budd follows my eyes bc I have MS and I feel so much better knowing that i have someone I can trust taking care of my eyes

  Went there to see if they accept new patients for diabetic eye care as our ophthalmologist is retiring. The rude secretary at the front desk said we don’t accept new patients that had cataract surgery elsewhere. What does that have to do with diabetic eye care exams?
