  Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience here. The dental assistant was kind, but the dentist was extremely rude and impatient with me. I told her beforehand that I was very nervous about needles and asked her to please be patient, but she told me to “stop moving” and that I was a "grown woman and shouldn’t be acting that way". She also started working before the anesthesia had fully taken effect, so thats the reason I moved and I was in significant pain. When I was going back home I felt a sharp edge on the back of the tooth. When I returned, she said, “Oh my God, I’m so sorry, I can’t believe I missed this,” and had to fix it. She also did not floss between my teeth after the procedure, and I later noticed that some dental material had hardened between my teeth, making it difficult to floss. I also had an issue with the front desk regarding an appointment that was scheduled but then apparently not showing in their system when I called to confirm. Overall, I did not feel listened to or treated with patience, and unfortunately I will not be returning.

  I and my son have been going to Shoenberger Dental for the last 7 years. He was the only dentist willing to work on my son when he was 4 years old (He wouldn't sit still in the chair). All staff has always been very respectful and always answer all my questions.
