  Quality put together gym in the Lehigh valley that rivals some of the best gyms in the tristate area. Staff is always attentive and you can always count on Connor to meet you with a smile. Superb equipment and F13 access is the icing on the cake for all your work out needs. Don’t walk, run and join while you still can.

  Resistance Strength is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve trained at. The environment is exactly what you want—serious, focused, and full of people who are there to get better. No ego, just work. The equipment is top tier, everything you need whether you’re lifting heavy, training for performance, or just trying to level up your fitness. You can tell a lot of thought went into the layout and flow of the gym.

  Resistance gym is truly a one of a kind gym. I have been to many gyms, and none come close to what Resistance has to offer. The quality of equipment is top of the line, but what stands out is the variety of the equipment. Regardless of your goals, Resistance has the proper equipment to help you excel. It is truly a playground for people who love to lift. While this is a extremely welcoming community, this isn’t the gym for people who are just trying to go through the motions. You are paying for a top tier equipment, environment and community. Everyone here is looking to improve and reach their pinnacle.
