I received the treatment in both knees at the in the fall of 2025 when I could barely walk without level 8 pain. I took it easy over the holidays, following general instructions for low impact movements and limited stair usage. And now, while I remain sensitive about my knee recovery, I am back to regular exercise (walking, biking, swimming, and the gym).
