The Signature 60 (Sig60) class is my favorite—I really appreciate that there are always modifications available, which makes the workouts accessible but still challenging. The instructors are amazing. Kelly and Deirdre are especially great—they’ll kindly come over to help adjust my form, which I really value. I’ve also taken classes with Tina and Julie, and they’re just as wonderful. You can truly tell that all of the instructors love what they do, and their encouragement makes such a difference.

I have blocked 3 numbers now associated with them and have still received texts/calls. Their classes are way too expensive to be pestered like this- it’s uncomfortable and overbearing. I would have probably went back if they weren’t consistently texting and calling, but now I’m definitely not. Going to a new workout class can be intimidating on its own, no one needs it highlighted for the whole class/the instructor. Do better!
