A month later, I'm nearly back to normal, and plan to stay the course (fwiw, I never altered my workouts aside from eliminating the sprints for now). Special recognition goes to Edith from the Tualatin store. She's so good (i.e., informed, knowledgable, patient, easy to talk to, professional, etc.), I would be surprised if all the Good Feet professionals bring the same spirit and energy. In conclusion, my wife and I are fully bought in to the Good Feet therapy plan, which (in our case) involves three different footwear inserts ("relaxers," "maintainers," and "strengtheners"). The downside: getting set up was very expensive. But hey onward and upward. Our ages (63 yrs old) means we have a couple good decades left (God willing) . . . might as well get the best of 'em.

Started Good Feet orthotics nearly 20 yrs ago and recently had my feet reevaluated by Olivia at Tualatin. It takes some time for Feet to get used to orthotics and they are expensive, but so worthwhile; to have pain moderately reduced and to continue to be active. Olivia is outstanding! 72 yr old ret. RN
