In February 1985, the clinic “Rupa K. Shah, MD, PC, FAAP”, a pediatric primary care clinic, was founded in Milwaukie, Oregon. At that time, the staff consisted of Dr. Rupa Shah and one other employee to handle front and back office duties. On her first day in practice Dr. Shah was delighted to provide care to 18 patients.
