- CKChelsea KApr 15, 20261.0Absolutely worst customer service at Safeway in the pharmacy. I would have rather been yelled at than talked to like I’m stupid. Third time I’ve been there for my medication to either have been an over the counter and I didn’t get told that and instead got told to wait over an hour and come back. Second time, I came in and my medication wasn’t ready. I get it. Things happen, but to be told it wouldn’t be ready for a couple days. No call or text. No nothing. Only for the lady who sits back there to have an attitude with me when I explained and then asked if if would happen again. I’m all for being short staffed and medication being ordered, but please if you work at that front desk please watch your tone and how you are speaking to people. Also, there are people out there who shut down when being spoken to like that and it just creates a bad experience. I’m about to be done with this pharmacy.
