- RRrintha renoudOct 31, 20195.0Due to the help of the friendly staff @ this pharmacy and the addition of the KROGER PS savings card (cost a whopping $36 PER YEAR) I have now canceled my Part D medicare prescription coverage that I found useless. First the $400 upfront deductible -then the $15 per month premiums & then the Co-Pays and after one year I spent $1300 out of pocket--insurance spent $150 ...wow what a deal for them. With Fred Meyer's great program I will save the hassle and probably $500 per year. THANK YOU FRED MEYER & THANK YOU STAFF

Insurance, needing a call from my doctor, not getting the fax the doctor sends over and a extremely long wait time. We ended up waiting in the car with 2 screaming kids for 2.5 hours one day in 88 degree weather because they have no communication with each other and kept saying they never got a call from my doctor even though they did TWICE. All of my family and friends have the same exact issue almost every time they fill with them as well. Not to mention how rude they are even on the day we waited for 2.5 hours. Most businesses strive for good customer service I think they should be one of them. Rant over
