  As a Warby Parker fan for over a decade, having been in various stores in different states, I can say that each and every WP visits is one of the top customer service experiences one can hope for. I tell the staff that Warby Parker is truly the Trader Joe’s of the eyeglass world. The new shop at Bridgeport is no different, and Colleen went above and beyond in helping me decide on some regular specs and some sunglasses. Extremely helpful, funny, and warm in an authentic and non-sales-y way, Colleen provided the most lovely eyeglass experience in the way only those lovely Warby Parker people seem to be able to. Professional, knowledgeable, and cool as hell, the whole staff at Bridgeport today was fantastic. Thank you Colleen, and keep up the great work—we’re stoked to have WP at Bridgeport!!!

  life long warby fan here and this store might just be the best one i’ve been to! staff are super friendly, helpful and know their stuff . if you can, request mary! she is a hoot and a frame style wizard!
