When I get there the girl on the desk being so rude about me not being on the schedule and that she doesn’t know who I talked on the phone and they only have space until 3 hours later. I drive from home to come to the appointment and stop doing other things to come and they told me this!? This was my fist time coming in with you. Definitely not coming back or scheduling again
