I had already had my eyes tested by a different doctor and had a valid prescription, but my contact order was delayed and I had completely run out of my old ones. Since I have a high prescription with astigmatism, I can barely see without my contacts and don’t have glasses, so I was really stuck. I approached them to see if they could help me, and Jayda provided me with samples to get me through until my order arrives. I truly appreciate her help! I’ll definitely be coming back to LensCrafters to order both my contacts and glasses(lesson learned this time to always maintain glasses)!
