Adrienne and the staff at the Bridgeport Village LensCrafters are the absolute best that I've encountered, and I've been wearing and buying eyeglasses for decades. Recently, I bought several pairs of glasses from an online vendor. All of them needed adjustments, some of which were complicated. While a number of other vendors (including other LensCrafter stores) refused to undertake the complicated adjustments, Adrienne at the Bridgeport LensCrafters smiled at the challenge and expertly fixed them all. Additionally, the staff there overall was welcoming and highly professional. That's how you impress people and gain customers for life! Thank you Adrienne and Bridgeport LensCrafters staff.

I came into Lens Crafters. Adriene helped me get them fixed. In two minutes the problem was solved she was amazingly helpful cheerful and gracious. I would definitely go back again and recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with glasses or buying a new pair. Thanks Shelley
