I am so thankful for the staff at this lenscrafters! I was on vacation and my only pair of contacts ripped and were absolutely killing me, but they were able to look at my prescription from my home doctor and get me some trials!! So so grateful to them and saving my vacation!! Thank you Jayda & team!!

I am very happy with my glasses but I am not happy about not being given important information about the protection plan. Luckily I had the protection on my everyday glasses and Sun glasses and they made new glasses for me because of scratches and a new prescription. When I picked up my everyday glasses I asked them if they could find a use for my old frames. They said yes and said they would send them back to the lab or give them to the Lions club. At the time my sunglasses were not ready. When they were I drove back to the store to pick them up. This time I kept the old pair for a backup at home. They ask me if I had the old pair with me and said they had to have them back before they could give me the new ones. I had no idea that was how the protection plan worked. No one told me this when I picked up my new everyday glasses. I thought I was doing a service donating them. I left without the sunglasses angry because if they had been upfront with me I would have bought them. This is a pretty important detail to know. I'm sure it is written somewhere, but I never saw it. I believe they should give you all the information when you buy the plan.
It would save some frustration and inconvenience.
But yes I love my glasses and I'm glad I bought the protection plan.

All praise goes to Store Manager Adriene. She restored my faith in LensCrafters after a difficult experience at another store. She helped me find frames that actually fit my face AND correctly managed my bifocal vision. Along with being extremely knowledgeable, Adriene is also kind and engaging. I look forward to seeing her!

Everyone in the eye exam team and the sales team are absolutely wonderful. I even needed to exchange the Prescription-sunglasses I had originally purchased because I didn’t make a great decision in frame choice and they were so helpful and happy to help. I found a great new frame and the service was top notch. Won’t ever go anywhere else!

I visited this location in hopes of getting my glasses re-adjusted, and left knowing I had found my new go-to place for all things eyewear! I cannot thank Jayda and Andrew enough for their top-tier customer service and patience working with a difficult pair of frames for adjustments. Both Andrew and Jayda were extremely knowledgeable and explained what they were doing, and genuinely took care in assisting me to get my glasses where I wanted them. At no point did I feel rushed, and I cannot express how much that meant to me as someone very particular about how my glasses sit and fit. THANK YOU Jayda and Andrew for such a great experience, I will absolutely be back for my optometry and glasses needs! I appreciate the sincere care and compassion more than I could say.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
