  By far the worst pharmacy in the dalles it has been a nightmare seen rid aid closed. They never have are prescriptions filled even when you call them in and they love to tell you its the doctor's fault even when I have auto refill. Now I have to wait 30 minutes when my prescription was called in 4 days ago.

  Their level of customer service here is absolutely terrible…. Maybe greet the customer instead of looking at your computer and just saying “what do you want?” Well I’m there to pick up a prescription. “Where did you get it from?” My Doctor? The pharmacist here Sunday April 17th 2026 has a terrible attitude and zero customer service skills. Im not asking for the above and beyond but how about talking to me with the same respect i give you..

  I am leaving this pharmacy behind me. I just want to forget I ever used them. Absolutely nothing nice to say about this pharmacy. Unfortunately, we are left with very few choices as of late. Small town living:) Gotta love it 😀

  I really wish you could leave a ZERO STAR review. I had to come into the pharmacy 4 times because they couldn't figure out my insurance. It wasn't until the last visit that a competent customer service rep figured it out and completely obliterated everything I was told previously, all of which turned out to be BS that the incompetent staff was telling me. I also had to call 6 times. It took from open to close, literally ALL DAY to finally get a competent worker who figured out what the problem was. In addition to my x4 visits, 2 of those were spent waiting in a line of 20 people (all of which were as frustrated as me), so it took an extremely long time. I have to pick up another medication today because when I went in earlier and after receiving a text saying my meds were ready, the clerk told me I have to wait another 4 hours for it to be ready. Start training your staff better Fred Meyer. There is zero excuse for this level of unprofessionalism. I'll start driving to HR if I need to because the service and speed at which you people operate is unacceptable and EVERYONE agrees. Thanks for sucking. Sorry not sorry!
