This pharmacy is the slowest I’ve ever used. It takes 10 minutes minimum per customer. Get in line 5 people deep. Be prepared to stand there an hour. Why does it take you 14 minutes to give one customer 2 prescriptions???? Absolutely horrible service.

Worst pharmacy I’ve been to, crazy wait, meds not filled on time, no empathy or lack of urgency

I made an appointment for a flu shot, they wouldn't talk to me unless I waited behind 8 other people buying prescriptions. Three other pharmacists just ignored me when I tried to get help. No instructions on how to check in for a vaccine, so I don't know where I was supposed to go. The purpose of making an appointment was to save time, but these people just wasted it.

This pharmacy really does not have it together, I went twice to pick up a prescription and they closed two hours earlier than their scheduled closing time, when I asked the guy working why they closed early he was very rude. When I was finally able to pick up my prescriptions they would not accept my copay card through my health insurance- not because the card didn’t work- they just simply refused to even run it. I called and provided proof this was my insurance card but they still refused. The woman who helped me was extremely passive aggressive. I have had none of these problems at other Safeway locations- it’s clear management does not have proper procedures for these things and instead of fixing it they force customers to pay out of pocket, causing more work for me to try and get reimbursed through my insurance company.
