They are knowledgeable and friendly. The studio is beautiful, and the cork floors help keep my feet from feeling sore. The atmosphere here is both fun and supportive. Each time I arrive, I feel welcome.

- MMMariaJul 29, 20235.0Calm and relaxing space. Feels like going to a spa. I love the yin, gentle Hatha, and grow strong Hatha yoga classes. Cute little shop in the front area with all kinds of fun stuff. The padded floor in the studio is really cool and makes it easier on the joints. The mural in the studio adds a nice visual too. This place has a nice warm and inviting vibe to it. Highly recommend!
