  They were able to see us right away even though we were 15 minutes late due to traffic. The did tests and diagnosed influenza A. They sent us to the closest ER that accepted our insurance for X-rays and fluids. Overall a refreshingly quick and kindly crew.

  Traveling through the area and needed to be seen asap. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. About a 10 minute wait time, prescription called in immediately. Entire visit with the prescription included took a little over an hour.

  Very quick, friendly, professional and affordable service! Only needed a sports physical and they made it a nice visit and was in and out within 20 minutes while making sure they addressed all questions and were all very approachable and easy to talk to.

  Very fast appointment. Everything on time. Everything thorough. Provider was excellent with the diagnosis and treatment and supplemental actions will help alleviate my condition. I would give them more starters if possible. Feeling better already.

  Customer service is all over the place. The first doctor I saw spent all of a minute with me, talking faster than the speed of light and not giving me any opportunity to process anything or ask questions. I left completely unaware of what condition I had and how to take the medicine I was prescribed. If you are seen by Dr. Butler, consider asking her to slow down, write down her diagnosis and instructions, or prepare yourself to ask questions quickly. Second time I went though the NP was fantastic. I had none of those problems and she was super sweet, understanding and supportive. I ended up having a stressful billing concern due to a misunderstanding with customer service and during the phone call, a woman named Paisley yelled at me, interrupted me constantly, didn't process the request I made, made false accusations called me a liar, and hung up on me. This was after I said "due to this misunderstanding, I wasn't able to file this prior-" before being interrupted. She called me argumentative for saying they misunderstood me, when just moments before she said, and I quote "this was a misunderstanding." She offered to let me speak to her manager then hung up on me. This was when I was just asking her to look into filing an insurance form so I wouldn't have to pay $700 for two appointments. I had to call multiple times before being put online with the manager, who when I said everything the same as I did to her, responded normally. I would suggest asking not to have to speak with her, especially when asking for help with something.
