  The appointment availability was great. Service was prompt. I'll have to get used to not getting an after summary though. The doctor was great he listened intently and knew just what to prescribe. It was a positive experience.

  Wasn't aware this urgent care is by appointment only. I walked in and was the only one in the lobby which made me feel confident about being seen quickly. It took about 10 minutes for someone to arrive to the front desk to get me checked in. I was asked if I had an appointment which I replied no. I was told to come back in 2 hours for a scheduled appointment. Never been to an urgent care that had a 2 hour wait time to be seen with no patients in the wsiting room. Sounds like all of their slots are booked by appointments pre scheduled. Will have to go somewhere else this is not a walk in friendly location I do not recommend if you're looking to be seen quickly. I could have been seen quicker in the Salem Hospital emergency room which is packed with several people

  I had a great experience honestly, walked in same day, was able to get an appointment a couple hours later,. They were very respectful of my preferred name, and I felt welcome. They helped me with getting the antibiotics I need, so overall can't ask for more

  I developed an eye infection on a Friday, I called Saturday morning and was able to get in straight away. Intake process was easy and the wait to see a provider was short. Care was excellent and the prescription for my condition was put through to my pharmacy very quickly. Glad to have this resource in my new neighborhood.

  It was really easy to set an appointment online, luckily for me, on the same day. There is adequate and free parking available. I was a little early and seen immediately. All the staff were very friendly, professional and willing to answer questions. Diagnosis of my nasty sinus infection by the Physician’s Assistant was thorough and swift…😉. I was able to get two of the three prescribed meds onsite and begin taking them as soon as I got home. I would highly recommend this urgent care site!
