Every single person that came out was exceptional in their knowledge, compassion, educational advice and so much more. Our main contact Marlene Mooney came to check on her and immediately decided that we needed 7 days a week a visits. Her advice and expertise and made us feel that she was in the best of hands We can't think Serenity hospice enough for helping us through this difficult situation and being there the last two nights with her. This truly is a remarkable organization that cares about their patients and every person we met loved their job! This is a rare thing to see in businesses today. Their motto is no one dies alone and they stand by it. Thank you so much.

I was disappointed in their internal communication as what we were told to expect did not happen unless I made a phone call. My Dad was only home for one week before he passed so the fact that it took a week to get him in the system was upsetting. Once contacted though everyone was extremely responsive.
