This is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt, there are several problems that need to be addressed. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and lack of medication availability is very poor at this location! 1. We were told 3 days in a row they would receive the shipment for our medication we asked to have filled, after waiting for the 3rd day we transferred the meds. 2. The pharmacists always have the poorest and rudest attitudes on the phone when you ask a question or need assistance, very condescending attitudes! Not friendly at all! 3. Their system went down and they led us to believe our doctors office never sent the medication over, without mentioning to us OR to our doctors office that their system went down in the first place. Talk about lack of communication and lack of customer service! I hope you improve these problems because your service really needs some heavy improving.

I've just transferred over because we've moved to West Salem. They've been helpful and efficient.

So I just called the pharmacy because I was told on the 5th that meds would be in on the 10th. So I called them today the guy says not until tomorrow so I asked him why I was told the 10th. He was very rude put me on hold came back and said because Feb. Was a short month won't be ready till tomorrow. I said this is ridiculous. He said whatever and hung up on me. I will be changing pharmacy. This happened alot there.
