  This physiq is the best one in town! The staff are always friendly and helpful especially Mathew! He is the GOAT. The smoothie he made was the best one I’ve ever had! If you want a smoothie ask for Mathew! Stupendous!

  I joined Physiq over two years ago and it has become a really positive part of my life. I ended up really getting into strength training and working with the best PT around, Nick. Somehow I wound up as someone who continues to voluntarily show up and lift heavy things due to the encouragement. The gym is great, well-equipped, and has a welcoming atmosphere with really kind staff members. The manager, Taber, is the absolute tops and you can tell he works hard to make a positive environment for his staff and the members. I have tried out their other locations and have found their teams to be helpful as well! Always a fan of their recovery room. Patiently awaiting a sauna at South.

  Solid gym and it has everything you will need. The equipment is new and the staff is extremely helpful. The manager, Taber, helped me out and he was welcoming and personable. The whole gym was really clean and it never felt crowded.

  I went needing to try one piece of equipment so I could pass a PT test for the state of Oregon. So the gentlemen at the counter took me back and showed me the machine. I told him I have to pull 165 pounds for 58 feet. He says just wait a minute he went back and asked the trainer how much the machine weighed, it was 137 pounds so then he put 40 more pounds on it and told me there you go give it a shot. Did it no problem totally easy. Then I asked him OK what do I owe you. It was very nice and so don’t worry about it so I’m leaving this review and telling those guys and girls they’re pretty kick ass and looks like a really good place to go. I totally recommend physiq fitness.

  Physiq Fitness on South commercial in Salem, Oregon has top grade. Workout equipment is always clean and the staff is always greeting me as I walked through the door. Management is always checking in to make sure my experience is what I’m looking for in a gym, from fitness goals to mental health. I highly recommend this location in any of the physiq fitness gyms if there’s anything like this location. #gains
