She helped me pick the perfect frame and explained the lens options in detail to make sure I received the perfect pair of glasses . I will be able to read better in my new progressive lenses . I felt listened to and not rushed . If you want this type of customer service go into Lenscrafters and ask for Rayana .

The attendant got the lens put back in, she tightened it down, tightened down the lens on the other side, and tightened both arms. The glasses feel so much better and so much more dependable. They did a great job; and on top of that didn't even charge me for their time. I definitely give them five stars!

No questions asked you can get your frames and/or lenses replaced for like $25-50 anytime for a year. That really comes in handy when you have a boy who isn't as careful with his glasses as he could be 😄. I also like it because you can just go in just before the year is up, just to get a new set of lenses and frames, so they're perfect and pristine again. Just an FYI though, the insurance covers another copy of your same lenses and frames not money to change frames and not to update your prescription. Still totally worth it. Not only for my son, but helps me knowing if I run into a wall or something terrible happens to my glasses I'm covered! They have a good selection of frames too.
