  I used to go to Walgreens pharmacy and they were a joke. These people are busy, they handle all kinds of situations all day long. There are protocols they have to follow and sometimes it takes awhile. I think they do a very good job all things considered! Even Chuck smiles every once in awhile.

  I had a prescription sent in days before and then when I arrived they hadn't even started on it and told me to wait another hour. My issue is this. The fact that they don't even start the prescriptions until you arrive. What's the point of having a prescription be sent in over a day before when you all aren't even going to start it until I arrive there? Absolutely ridiculous. Especially when you have to take your own lunch hour to go to the pharmacy and then be told that you have to wait another hour when you all didn't even start it? I get things are busy but to not even start a prescription is absolutely ridiculous. The Fred Meyer in Eugene is 10 times better than the one in Salem.

  got hung up on multiple times saying call back tomorrow we have no staff. tech was rude. been waiting multiple days for prescription no one was willing to help me

  They close at 8pm and at 5pm they refuse to take calls and wont even put you on hold. Instead they answer dont try to help you, tell you to call back in morning and hand up. Even if your in need of help for your meds

  Everytime I call, I get placed on hold directly, the lady who answers literally just said hold and then places you on hold. Horrible service.
