Vaccinations
Routine vaccinations are one of the easiest ways to keep yourself healthy. Our pharmacies provide annual flu vaccines, COVID-19 vaccinations, routine child and adult immunizations, catch-up vaccines and travel vaccines.
This vaccine protects against Hepatitis A, an infection in the liver often spread by contaminated food and caused by hepatitis A virus. Adults traveling outside the country, those with chronic liver disease, and men who have sex with men need at least two doses.
This vaccine protects against Hepatitis B, a blood-borne infection of the liver caused by hepatitis B virus. Adults with chronic health conditions and healthcare workers should get three doses of this vaccine.
This vaccine protects against HPV, the major cause of cervical cancer, anal cancer, and genital warts in both women and men. Adults age 9-26 need at least two doses.
This vaccine protects against influenza, a contagious viral infection of the nose, throat, and lungs. Everyone 6 months and older should receive a yearly flu vaccine.
This vaccine protects against the respiratory disease measles, the infectious disease mumps, and the viral disease rubella. Adults born in 1957 or later need at least one dose.
There are two types of meningococcal vaccines that protect against meningococcal disease, a leading cause of bacterial meningitis infections around the brain and spinal cord. All 11-12 year olds should get a meningococcal conjugate vaccine and a booster dose at 16 years old. People age 16-23 years also may get a serogroup B meningococcal vaccine.
These vaccines protect against pneumococcal disease, caused by bacteria leading to ear and sinus infections as well as more serious lung and blood infections. If you smoke, have heart disease, asthma, chronic lung disease, or are over 65 years old, you need at least one dose.
This vaccine protects against polio, a disease that can infect a person’s spinal cord and cause paralysis. Children are recommended to get one vaccine dose at 2 months old, 4 months old, 6 through 18 months old, and 4 through 6 years old.
These vaccines protect against tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis which are contagious bacterial diseases. Adults need one dose of Tdap, then a Td or Tdap booster every 10 years.
Physical & Wellness Screenings
Our pharmacies offer a number of wellness screenings to help detect and prevent certain diseases.
When you come in for a biometric screening, your provider will measure your height, weight and blood pressure. They will also test your blood glucose, and lipids (cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL) using a finger prick to obtain a blood sample. Before leaving you will have your results along with risk reduction counseling to help you achieve your optimum health. **Biometric Screenings are available at select pharmacies only.
Blood glucose measurement detects the amount of glucose (sugar) in the bloodstream. High or low blood sugars could indicate a metabolic condition, such as diabetes.
Hemoglobin A1C measures your average blood glucose (sugar) over the past 90 days. An elevated hemoglobin A1C could indicate the presence of diabetes. **Hemoglobin A1C Screenings are available at select pharmacies only.
Cholesterol screening measures the amount of cholesterol, triglycerides, high density lipoprotein (HDL) and low density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol levels in the blood. Cholesterol screenings can detect conditions such as high cholesterol or high triglycerides.

This pharmacy is a joke. Nothing is filled on time. You literally have to call everytime a new prescription is sent in to have it fill asap. Or wait a week for antibiotics. They're rude including the manager she is condescending in her manner. I don't know how the employees tolerate her the way I've heard her yelling as a customer it's very uncomfortable and unpleasant. They were once a good pharmacy.

Waited 6 days on a prescription to find out someone had canceled it without consulting me. I was suffering painful racking coughs that kept me up all night because of it. This place has definitely gone down hill. 100% do not recommend.

Absolutely without a doubt the rudest employees. I switched from Walgreens thinking it couldn’t get any worse than that, but I was so wrong. I rarely get prescriptions on time and when I call I’m treated like I’m a huge pain for asking them the status of repeatedly delayed scripts. Especially if they have to put me on a hold. They take zero responsibility and I have literally seen them roll their eyes at a different customer. I understand pharmacy is a busy job and low paying for the techs. But it’s not my fault you stay in a job you’re miserable with. People already are worried enough dealing with health issues that require meds in the first place. Trust me, we don’t want to be at the pharmacy either.
Please please go anywhere but here in the Salem Keizer area. Anywhere else will treat you with more respect.

Most of the pharmacy is nice and helpful but there is one pharmacist who is rude, immediately puts you on hold every time she answers the phone, lies about if they have prescriptions in stock and is just plain rude to you if you have to get a prescription through her. At this point she is making us have to switch pharmacies over her lies and how rude she is. Steer clear until she is gone.
