This clinic is by far the best choice for anyone looking to start medically assisted treatment! Everyone is open and inviting, and there is no judgement. You start out with only having to come in 3 days a week for the more common medications, and for those who get the shots they can come in every two weeks or once a month! They dont punish you for missing groups because they aren't mandatory. CMS is by far the best clinic in Salem, the state, ....dare i say the WORLD?

This place isn't any better than CTC or great circle. And you have to deal with droves of homeless and they don't meet you where you're at. What a joke. Now I'm going to have to get off methadone because EVERY SINGLE PLACE TREATS US LIKE GARBAGE. Ive been documenting clean UAs for a year. On going. I'm not some shot out homeless person looking for a fix. I can in from Great circle on split dosing and 7 day take homes and screw this place. I'm worse off now. You all are awful.

I have been a patient with this medication for over 10 years, I have severe chronic pain. Because Of my particular situation and needing to help Family, I have moved and been a patient at four other facilities. I just moved to Oregan and the first time I walked in I was welcomed by Stacie.Stacie Introduced herself and and asked me if I would like coffee or tea or something to drink, then brought it out and asked me an my day and how can she help me , she listened and before I knew it, she had a couple bags of clothes and steel toe shoes I needed for work, She wrote down all these resources that I desperately needed. Stacie is the Security Guard! Her Loving welcoming demeanor, Her listening to my problems and giving me Solutions right on the spot was amazing and that’s not even her job. She is very aware and keeps us all safe but her presence alone has made this clinic the best clinic I’ve ever been to, HANDS DOWN! After Intake, Every time I come in she always asks me about whatever situation We talked about the last time. She actually listens and cares!Thank You Stacie For being Such a bright Light in such a Dark time in my Life! Cynthia , she is the women who is in charge of the front office. She is always Kind and caring! If for any reason you have an issue or need to get something done Immediately, She will absolutely advocate for you and do everything in her power to get your needs met! Cheyanne, She is An Amazing nurse, She dispenses medication. She is friendly, down to Earth and treats you like she wants to see you and actually cares about you and your situation. You are treated as friend and cared for like a friend. These people and their Guiding morals and values causes them to embrace you like your Family ,They have a ( we are all in this together attitude) and you feel Like you belong! I would definitely refer my friends and family if they were in need!
