Erin is an amazing instructor! She made the class fun, motivating, and easy to follow. It was a great workout, and I left feeling stronger and energized. Highly recommend taking one of her classes!

Britney is so fun. It’s amazing how those little tiny movements can burn so much. This was a flow 1.0 class and my entire body feels energized.

Elaise is a fantastic instructor. I’m new at Pilates and not that good. But she always makes me feel I do great. Mind u I’m a senior and haven’t worked out in over 30 years.

Was a great studio when they had Stacey as a manger. It was welcoming an encouraging. The new manager is toxic. She fired their lead instructor who was the primary reason many of us were there.
