  I can’t say enough good things about Valley Opticians, Todd, Allison, and the entire staff. They are genuinely kind, helpful, and make you feel like family every time you walk through the door. If you’re someone who struggles to figure out what shape or style of glasses looks best on your face, Allison is the person you want helping you. She has an incredible eye for finding frames that suit you. They also have an amazing assortment of frames. What really stands out to me, though, is the level of care they give their customers. My daughter is autistic and for years she simply reordered the same frames whenever she needed new glasses. One year, those frames were no longer available. Allison understood immediately how frustrating and overwhelming that could be for her. Before we even started, she went through their entire stock and selected frames she thought would work so my daughter could try them on quickly, one after another, without unnecessary choices or sensory overload. Allison turned an appointment I had been dreading into an easy, pleasant experience. We were finished quickly, everyone was happy, and I was incredibly grateful. They also go above and beyond in the little ways. They call to remind me when my insurance glasses benefit is about to expire so I don’t miss the opportunity to use it for new glasses and frames. All of the staff at Valley Opticians are wonderful, but Todd and Allison have created the kind of business where you truly feel cared for. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

  Valley Opticians had been making my glasses for a few decades. I have been very pleased with the service here. They make the effort to get it right. The staff is amazing and so are the glasses.

  They were very friendly and professional. I got new lenses very quickly. Even though my exam wasn't done there, they treated me as if I was a long time customer.
