  While visiting in Roseburg (from Canada, I had the unfortunate event, of tripping , fell, and broke my glasses! Worried , when you can't see, and far from home is stressful. Then, the exceptional staff at Eyemart Express repaired my ruined, completely flattened glasses back to an amazing return. Not with a price tag. FREE, and within 10 minutes. All with the most caring kindness and quick response that is seldom found these days. Thank you Eyemart for being the real ,"true caring" kind of business the world needs today. I am ever grateful. You saved the vacation! 🥰

  I love the service here. The employees are always kind and considerate. I’ve had to repair my glasses a ton, which sucks, but thanks to the amazing warranty options and helpful service, I almost always leave with them fixed! They take their time when helping decide what the best glasses for you are, and do whatever they can to ensure the best experience. I had to send a pair of glasses to get repaired recently and this is the first time I haven’t received them back within the hour ( I scratched my upgraded lenses, so I expected a longer repair this time.) The employee was very quick, kind, and ensured I knew exactly what was going to happen. Always the best experience.

  Excellent! 10/10 service! I’ve been to multiple eye doctors in the area and have never had such a thorough yet quick service! Plus I had an issue with my insurance, turns out my previous eye clinic was still trying to bill my insurance. So thankfully an employee here at Eyemart let me know and I was able to get everything cleared up. Wish I got her name, she really helped me out. And thankfully they were able to start my appointment. I’m truly grateful for the assistance. It had been three years at this point since my last pair of glasses and I wasn’t familiar with this new clinic yet they were all so caring. Plus my new pairs of glasses were done so fast! I would normally have to wait days for my new pair of glasses to be finished yet it took mere minutes to be done! Highly recommend! Plus they take Moda if you’re curious.

  Sold me two pairs of glasses and both were to be scratch resistant. Neither were, even though I was charged for them. One pair was supposed to be safety glasses.
